This decision was voted in Gent 2013. 6 voices for no, 8 voices for yes,2 voices contain.
At the meeting of Presidium of Naviga are the 6 minutes runtime accepted.
Also 2 new Classes, Mini Mono and Mini Hydro.
The regulation, of Mini Mono and Mini Hydro are the same as for Mono and Hydro classes.

Mini Mono
- Run time 6 minutes plus 10 seconds mill time
- The model may not exceed a length of 450 mm. Overhang from the start number plate are not measured, trim plates of the model are pieces of the hull and will be measured
- Minimum model weight 450 Gramm ready to race
- Lipo Battery max. 3s 1p, 110 Gramm with all connectors

Mini Hydro
- Run time 5 minutes plus 10 seconds mill time
- The model may not exceed a length of 450 mm. Overhang from the start number plate are not measured, trim plates of the model are pieces of the hull and will be measured
- Minimum model weight 450 Gramm ready to race
- Lipo Battery max. 3s 1p, 110 Gramm with all connectors
Also for record of these 2 classes all countries were voted for yes."
