Hi there,

I would like to get some feedbacks regarding this company.

I seached some feedbacks about the quality of the hardware, didn't found anything before I place an order... Then I got some informations about poor quality hardware.

My questions are :
- The hardware sold by BK is good or bad quality ?
- What about the delay to reply to emails ? Send 2 or 3 mails within a week and got no reply...

you got some information already......
Nobody can give real neutral judgements - except he's dead. ;)

You cannot classify all products of a shop/manufacturer as generally good or generally bad only, the more as it depends on the right or wrong application by the user.

For my person I can say that if I buy a Rolls Royce I will get the only one that falls apart within first 10 miles.
This is why I don't buy it.

So, would you still want (and trust) my rating? ;)

I got your point Hans, and I understand what you said.

But as the only few feedbacks I could find were not so good feedback I guess I could ask for some here.

To be more specific I'm wondering about this rudder (http://www.bk-electronics.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=42_72&products_id=68) and this flex + strut unit (http://www.bk-electronics.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=42_73&products_id=82)

I can't even get a reply to know if the items are in stock or not. I'm ok, I should have asked this before placing my order but...

I'm not asking for great service when I buy stuff from China, but when I pay 3 times or more the price to get european made goods, one of the most important thing appart quality is service. Until now BK is not meeting my wishes...

There has been times when BK has been more active, they themselfs have been involved in racing more activly in the past.

But in the past 1-2 years I haven't seen them and it has also been rather quiet concerning post in forums etc. about BK and their products. Their own forum is pretty much dead since 2008. I don't know any details - as most of us also don't know any details about the products you ordered.

If you want to phone them, you may want to consider their telephone times, see impressum page. Mo-Th: 10-12 and 15-16 / Fr: 10-12.

Finally got a kind of reply from BK after feeding a claim thru paypal...

habe in der letzten Woche probiert bei BK Electronis zu bestellen, aber seit ca. dem 16.10.2010 ist die Internet Seite von BK offline. Bis heute hat sich auch nichts veraendert. Was jemand was da los ist?

Hi, ich hatte mir im Ebay einen CAT gekauft der ist auch gekommen und auf die Frage wann ich auf seiner Seite wieder Teile bestellen kann,
Hies es, dass alle 3 HD´s abgeraucht sind und die Daten in ca 8-10 Tage wieder Online sind.

Trotzdem : Hätte ICH solch einen Provider ... ich wäre in Nullkommanix weg da.

Und wer soll diesen Blödsinn nun glauben?

Ich werde dort sicher nichts mehr bestellen.
