"Perfekt" laufendes Mono2 El Fuego V2

Hallo zusammen,

fährt von Euch jemand ein "gut" laufendes Mono II El Fuego V2 mit Flutkanal und 4S?

Mich würde das Setup sehr interessieren.

Also ich hab ne V2 :D.
"Perfekt" läuft die zwar sicher noch nicht :o aber beim ersten Wettkampfeinsatz (in Prag) hat`s schonmal für den 4. Platz, hinter den üblichen Verdächtigen, gereicht ;)!!
Setup is TS2240/8, 120-er Seaking, 4S LiPo`s 5.000-nochwas,
43,5-er Metaller

hübsches Boot und danke für die Info! Übrigens schöne Bilder (http://www.rc-raceboats.de/forum/showpost.php?p=90513&postcount=194) geworden!
Ich denke mal du hast einen 4S drinnen und nicht 2x 2S oder?
Wenn du mal Lust und Laune hast könntest ja mal ein Video veröffentlichen. Einen Zuschauer hättest schon mal sicher!
Weißt auch wie schnell dein grüner "Giftpfeil" ca. ist? :rolleyes:

Morchen Patrick.
Bei den Testfahrten waren 2x2S drin.
Im Wettkampf hatte ich dann 1x4S drin -> da ich mit meinen SLS nicht mehr über die Zeit gekommen wäre ;):o!!
Geschwindigkeit -> keine Ahnung, da kein GPS ;).
Da es ja ein "Oval-Kampfschwein" ist, ist der Endspeed sowieso nur zweitrangig :D!!

Ans U-Schiff muss ich aber nochmal ran ;) da sind noch nen paar Dellen drin und evtl. kommen doch noch ein paar Stringerleisten dran.
Ich hatte da eine schöne Anregung bei den polnischen Kollegas gesehen :D!!

Übrigens!
In der Mono-2-Ergebnisliste waren die letzten drei Boote El Fuegos :o!!
Nr.1 war ne gute alte 29,
Nr.2 war nen namenloses Boot,
Nr.3 war ne Inferno,

Da kannste machen, was de willst...
...wenn drei solche Pötte den "Acker umpflügen",
dann biste mit der El Fuego (obwohl die ja auch nicht gerade klein ist) halt mal schnell in ne "Fürche gestolpert" ;)!!

And the explanation...

Need to modify the fron section... to loose little volume around the step and get the front keel with lower angle tot the water surface.

Basically thats all, its not necessary to make any sanding on the rear section, just fix the sprayrails.
Sprayrails 8x4 or 10x5 outer distance 100-110mm and here we go.

The trick is like in case of most mono hulls,,, to setup the step and the results are coming.
Adjustable strut or powertrim is recommended for a moder mono hull.

El Fuego V.2 by RS Concept is Vice Worldchampion in mono2!!!!!!!!

ps. In the final heat there was another Fuego (V.1) represented by Samuel Miroir from France, the Worldchampion mono2 boat since 2008. Unfortunately Samuel had bad luck and finished 4th.

Anyway ´the Fuegos did it well on the Worldchamp:prost:, its time to celebrate.

Hi Guys

As many of you asked for setup tips regarding the Fuego V2, Ill prepare same pics docs and dimensions as in case of the Furia V1.

To avoid the troubles and make you happy during the 2011 season.

Important!!! We never tested the Fuego with 6S batts configuration so its up to you to try it or stay with 4S.

The 6S 2P A 123 was tested with perfect result, but Im not sure if anybody will use this batts for serious racing.
